To serve the Muslim community for time management during Ramadhan starting from 17th May, Four Aryans JK girls of Computer science branch of Aryans College of Engineering have re-launched “Ramadhan APP”. The necessary changes according to the Ramadhan Kareem-2018 have been made in the App. The app would help to solve the problem of Muslim community during Ramadhan for their fasting. The app has been updated with the Morning Sehar time and evening Iftar time as per the Ramadhan Kareem. The app featured an automatic alarm which would buzz in the morning at Sehar time to awake them and in evening at the Iftar time to remind them for their meals. The app is available on Google Play Store. B. Tech students namely Mehwish Rashid & Bisma Parveen who hail from Srinagar while Pooja Safaya and Mansi Salaria who hail from Jammu have set a true example of Religious Beliefs, universal brotherhood and respect for the religion of each other by developing this app which would help the entire community for time Management. बच्चों ने प्लास्टिक का उपयोग नहीं करने की अपील की

प्लास्टिक मुक्त बनाने को लेकर संरक्षण हरित अभियान की ओर से चलाये जा रहे अभियान के तहत सोमवार सैंट फ्रांसिस स्कूल के बच्चों ने जनक पूरी में पर्यावरण जागरूकता रैली निकाली। बच्चों ने लोगों से स्वच्छ पर्यावरण स्वस्थ समाज की स्थापना को लेकर प्लास्टिक का उपयोग नहीं करने की अपील की। बच्चे हाथ में से नो टु प्लास्टिक, प्लास्टिक का कहर धरती में घोले जहर, जो करें प्रकृति से प्यार वो करें प्लास्टिक का बहिष्कार जैसे स्लोगन लिखी तख्तियां लेकर चल रहे थे। सुबह 9 ब्जे रैली को स्कूल प्रिंसिपल फादर अनिल व संरक्षण हरित अभियान एन जी ओ के चैयरमैन संजय पुरी न हरी झण्डी दिखा कर रवाना किया। रैली एस एस मोटा सिंह मार्ग होते हुए मेजर दीपक त्यागी मार्ग से जनक पुरी के ए-२ ब्लाक स्तिथ श्री राम वाटिका पहुंची जहाँ बड़ी तदाद में मौजूद स्थानीय लोगों ने बच्चों का उत्साह बढ़ाया। सैंट फ्रांसिस स्कूल की इको क्लब की इंचार्ज मोनिका कपूर ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि प्लास्टिक का उपयोग अभिशाप है। अभियान में स्कूल के बच्चे शिद्दत से भूमिका निभा रहे हैं। स्कूल में प्लास्टिक के थैले में खाद्य सामग्री या प्लास्टिक की बोतल भी नहीं ला रहे हैं।उन्होंने लोगों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि पोलीथीन व प्लास्टिक का प्रयोग बंद करके कागज व कपड़ों के बैगों का प्रयोग करें। संरक्षण हरित अभियान के संयोजक संजय पुरी ने लोगो व बच्चों को पालिथीन से होने वाली समस्याओं को भी बताया जैसे (1) पालिथीन जानवर खा लेते है जिसकी वजह से उस जानवर की अचानक मृत्यु हो जाती है ? (2) अक्सर नालिया नाले भी जाम हो जाया करते है जिससे लोगो को काफी कठिनाईयों का सामना करना पड़ता है? It was one an unusual day at Gulshan Kumar Film & Television Institute of India, which saw the reunion of the teachers with their pupil. The famous Bollywood Film Director Faraz Haider, of ‘War Chorna Yaar’( 2014) and ‘Nanu ki Janu’ (2018) fame, a box office hit, came to express his gratitude to his teachers Prof. Kalyan Sarkar, Dean, and Prof. Mansoor Naqvi, Associate Dean of Gulshan Kumar Film & Television Institute of India. Faraz Haider also conducted a Master-Class on Direction and interacted with the students at length. It was a session loaded with brilliant words of wisdom which enriched the students and boost their confidence level. Students who had seen the recently released film of Mr. Faraz had several thought-provoking questions in regards to Direction, Cinematography, and Scriptwriting. He answered all potential questions with logical reasoning combined with his experience. He inspired the students to be confident and set out in the right direction. In a reply to a question when asked about his success mantra and what he felt was of utmost importance, he emphasized the need to be well equipped with the knowledge about Film Making and be patient in order to succeed in the film industry. He also listed a few essential character traits which should be a part of media students i.e., confidence and seriousness. Mr. Faraz Haider explained the functioning style of the film industry and what is expected of the newcomers. Mr. Faraz met the teachers and was all praise for the young talented faculty besides his own teachers from whom he had learned. He toured the Gulshan Kumar Film & Television Institute of India campus and was very impressed by the infrastructure and the facilities. Viral Desai who is CEO of Zenitex, also heads Hearts@Work Foundation which has worked for many cancer check-up camps and ‘Clean India – Green India’ tree plantation drives. The mother and daughter duo decided to contribute towards Viral’s cause which gave birth to these fashion labels as a percentage from every product sold by these labels will directly go to Charity and Tree Plantation equally through the Foundation. It was indeed a rare sight when a 12-year-old girl walked the ramp for the Mumbai based fashion designer Namrata apart from launching her own label. Moreover, her father Viral Desai, was honoured and invited to the show as a guest of honour along with famous personalities like Vikram Phadnis, fashion designer Archana Kochar, and Dr. Anjani Prasad, MD of Archroma. Viral Desai is a well-known figure with an array of national and international awards and achievements in his name. Foreign secretary Vijay Gokhale, who was in Kathmandu along with PM Modi, refuted Gehlot's charge when he was asked about it by reporters. He said Modi's visit was discussed with his Nepalese counterpart on February 12 when the former called K P Oli to congratulate him on his victory. "When PM Modi had telephoned Prime Minister Oli upon his election as the Prime Minister of Nepal, they had discussed the visit then. JAMITH KAUR & MANAS SINGLA, students of Four Year Classroom Program at FIITJEE Punjabi Bagh Centre & FIITJEE Dwarka Centre respectively, scored 159 marks each and have been declared as Top Scorers while MANPREET SINGH, a Student of Three Year Classroom Program at FIITJEE Janakpuri Centre, scored 157 marks and has been declared as 2nd Top Scorer in JSTSE (Junior Science Talent Search Examination), 2018. Total 107 selections out of 154 are captured by FIITJEE students in JSTSE(Junior Science Talent Search Examination) 2018, the scholarship examination which is conducted by the Science Branch of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi – Directorate of Education. Out of total 107 FIITJEE students from all programshaving qualifiedJSTSE2018 , 09 are in Top 10, 15 in Top 20 and 31 in Top 50 as per the merit list. JSTSE (Junior Science Talent Search Examination)is a Science Talent Search Exam for students of class IX studying in Delhi. JSTSE is conducted by Science Branch of Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi for school students. Students enrolled in class IX in any of the recognized school in Govt. /Govt. aided/NDMC/Public/KV/Navodaya of Delhi are eligible to take part in the JSTSE. JSTSE was held on 28th January this year. Final results were declared on 8th Mayand a total of 154 students from Delhi have qualified for scholarship. Sunny Agarwal is the project designer of the film . Entire cast of film Krushna Abhishek , Yuvika Chaudhary, Rajniesh Duggal, Rajpal Yadav, Shakti Kapoor, Anjan Srivastava, Tiku Talsania, Hemant Pandey, Govind Namdev, Himani Shivpuri and others participated in first schedule of film. Pravin Bhardwaj is the music director of the film. Entire shooting of the film will be in Mumbai and Udaipur.
