 The BJP's fact-finding committee, led by Biplab Dev, former Chief Minister of Tripura and Member of Parliament, along with Ravi Shankar Prasad, former Union Minister and MP, Brj Lal, former DGP of UP and MP, and Kavita Patidar, Rajya Sabha member, submitted its report on post-poll violence in West Bengal following the general election. The report, presented to BJP President J P Nadda on Friday, highlighted the misuse of police and state machinery, as well as violence against BJP workers.

According to the report, under the leadership of Mamta Banerjee, democratic norms of free and fair elections in West Bengal have been severely compromised due to the blatant misuse of official machinery. The police force has been practically transformed into an ancillary force of the TMC, with open intimidation, threats, violence, and attacks by TMC goons on BJP supporters and those opposed to the ruling party becoming a shameful norm of elections in Bengal.
The report also points out that a significant portion of Bengal has been flooded by illegal immigrants and Rohingyas, who are finding a safe haven under a collusive strategy from the TMC. This has led to a sharp demographic change in many areas, and the rank appeasement of these elements for vote bank politics has forced many Hindus to flee their homes and villages.
Furthermore, the report highlights a new aggressive pattern emerging after voting, where BJP voters and supporters are being forced to flee their villages due to threats from TMC workers, who are also threatening elderly parents left behind. As a result, democracy and free and fair polls are becoming casualties in West Bengal.

DPCC president Shri Devender Yadav appeals to Congress workers to strive hard to strengthen the party

 

Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav today addressed an Executive Committee meeting of the Rohini District Congress Committee at Mahendra Pradhan Dharmshala, Swaroop Nagar and appealed to the Congress workers to strive hard to strengthen the party at the ground level. He said that  people were now looking upto the Congress to save Delhi from its present plight of misgovernance and disturbed state of civic services, as the AAP Government had totally neglected Delhiites for the past 10 years. He also appealed to the Congress workers to hoist the party flag atop their houses to widen the reach of the party, and popularize the programmes and policies of the party. The meeting was organised by District president Shri Indrajit Singh, and attended by the District and Block Congress Committee office-bearers and a large number of Congress workers.

 

Besides Shri Devender Yadav, prominent others who attended the meeting were Communication Deptt. Chairman & Ex MLA Shri Anil Bhardwaj, Ex MLA Surender Kumar, Inderjeet Singh, Jitender Baghela, Sumesh Gupta, Sidharth Kundu, Ex MCs Maharnarayan Mishra, Aruna and Rajkumari Gupta.

 

shri Devender Yadav said that the main purpose of organizing such a meeting was to strengthen the party at the booth level by activating not only the Congress foot soldiers, but also involving local people, social and charitable organizations in the party’s activities as people have now realized that only Congress can provide good governance and fulfill their demands. He said that with Jan Nayak Shri Rahul Gandhi taking over as the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, the voice of the Common people will be heard and their prayers answered as it was Rahul Ji who had been consistently and fearlessly speaking up for the common people inside and outside the House.

 

Shri Devender Yadav also appealed to the Congress workers to keep in regular touch with the local residents and find remedies to their problems. NEW DELHI, —Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav said that what Delhi Congress had feared in a letter to the Chief Secretary of the Delhi Government  on June 12, 2024 that if the drains were not desilted well ahead of the monsoon rains come calling lest Delhi  gets water-logged, happened in Delhi when the first major monsoon showers not only submerged most parts of Delhi, but also caused human casualties when the newly inaugurated roof at Terminal I  of Delhi Airport collapsed. He said that water-logging on roads and other areas caused massive traffic jams everywhere, bringing traffic movement to almost a virtual halt all across Delhi for hours together. Shri Yadav demanded a probe to pin responsibility for the water-logging and punish the guilty as corruption to the tune of thousands of crores takes place every year in the name of desilting of drains.

 

Addressing a press conference at the DPCC office, Rajiv Bhawan here today, Shri Devender Yadav said that both the AAP and BJP Governments’ incompetence, inaction and shirking responsibilities had been totally exposed when the first downpour water-logged most areas, including Gurudwaras, Railway stations, airport, posh residential colonies, NDMC areas, shopping centres, roads, underpasses, JJ Clusters and unauthorized colonies as the AAP Government, and its various agencies responsible for desilting of the drains like the Public Works Department (PWD), Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), Irrigation and  Flood Control Department, DSIIDC and the Delhi Development Authority (under the Central Government), did not do their jobs, resulting in water-logging and  road mishaps. He said that huge corruption takes place every year in the guise of desilting of drains for the past 10 years, and and earlier, the AAP Government would blame the MCD for water-logging, but now it has run out of all excuses as the MCD was also under the Aam Aadmi Party. Chairman of the Communications Department and ex-MLA Shri Anil Bhardwaj and Shri Siddharth Rao were also present at the press conference. 

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that it was ironic that Delhi’s Water Minister Atishi, who went on a “Jal Satyagraha” demanding extra water from Haryana to quench the thirst of the parched Delhiites, had to suffer water-logging at her own official residence at Mathura Road. He said that the Delhi Government had promised to build more swimming pools in Delhi, but today all parks in Delhi became swimming pools helping children make merry as the rain water got collected in the parks with the drainage system totally blocked.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that as a responsible Opposition party, Delhi Congress, taking into consideration the convenience of the people, have requisitioned the services of five cranes, two of which will be parked at the ground of the  DPCC office, Rajiv Bhawan, to remove vehicles got stuck in traffic jams while the other three cranes will be stationed at water-logging hot spots. He said that when Congress was in power in Delhi, it prepared summer and monsoon action plans well in advance, so that people are not inconvenienced in anyway, without locking horns with  neither the Lt. Governor nor the  BJP Government at the Centre.

अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी की महासचिव, हरियाणा कांग्रेस की पूर्व प्रदेशाध्यक्ष, उत्तराखंड की प्रभारी, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री एवं कांग्रेस कार्यसमिति की सदस्य एवं सिरसा लोकसभा सीट से कांग्रेस सांसद कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार युवाओं को रोजगार देने में सबसे फिसड्डी साबित हुई है। लोग आज हरियाणा को बेरोजगारी का चैंपियन कहने लगे है। रोजगार को लेकर युवाओं से किया गया एक भी वायदा पूरा नहीं किया गया है, एचकेआरएन के माध्यम से दी जा रही नौकरियों को लेकर युवाओं का कोई भविष्य नहीं है, उनकी नौकरी पर हर समय तलवार लटकी रहती है। नौकरियों में आर्थिक आधार पर पांच प्रतिशत आरक्षण के नाम पर 23 हजार नौकरियां खतरे में पड़ गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार की युवाओं को स्थायी नौकरी देने के मामले में नीयत साफ नहीं हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जिस सरकार का दो माह कार्यकाल बचा हो वो अल्पमत वाली भाजपा सरकार 50 हजार नौकरी देने के नाम पर लोगों को कर रही है गुमराह
मीडिया को जारी बयान में कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा है कि प्रदेश में जब भाजपा-जजपा गठबंधन की सरकार बनी थी तब रोजगार देने के नाम पर बड़ी-बड़ी घोषणाएं की गई थी। भाजपा-जजपा सरकार ने प्रदेश के प्राइवेट सेक्टर में हरियाणा के 75 प्रतिशत युवाओं को नौकरी देने का वायदा कर उन्हें गुमराह करने का काम किया। रोजगार देने के नाम पर भाजपा और जजपा के बीच नूरा कुश्ती जारी रहे ताकि लोगों को लगे कि कुछ तो प्रयास कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अब भाजपा की अल्पमत वाली सरकार के पास मात्र दो माह का समय बचा है और वह 50 हजार फर्जी का शिगुफा छेडक़र जनता को गुमराह कर रही है। सरकार कैसे नौकरी दे सकती है जबकि उसके द्वारा संचालित परीक्षाओं के पेपर लीक हो जाते है, परीक्षा हो जाती है तो साक्षत्कार में भेदभाव होता है, कोर्ट में जाकर सरकार को नीचा देखना पड़ता है, उन्होंने कहा कि युवाओं को रोजगार देने के मामले में भाजपा सरकार की नीयत साफ नहीं हैं, रोजगार देने के नाम पर सरकार केवल झूठ बोलती है। सरकार की अनदेखी से नौकरियों में आर्थिक आधार पर पांच प्रतिशत आरक्षण के नाम पर 23 हजार नौकरियां खतरे में पड़ गई है।

उन्होंने कहा कि सेंटर फॉर मॉनिटरिंग इंडियन इकोनॉमी (सीएमआईई) की ओर से गत वर्ष जारी बेरोजगारी दर के आंकड़ों में एक बार फिर दिखाया है कि दिसंबर 2023 महीने में बेरोजगारी की दर सबसे अधिक 37.4 प्रतिशत हरियाणा में रही। उन्होंने कहा कि बेरोजगारी के मामले में हरियाणा हर बार अपना ही रिकॉर्ड तोड़ रहा है। जहां एक तरफ रोजगार के अवसर हर महीने कम होते जा रहे हैं, वहीं दूसरी तरफ भाजपा सरकार बेरोजगार युवाओं के भविष्य के साथ लगातार खिलवाड़ कर रही है। हरियाणा के सरकारी विभागों में करीब दो लाख पद खाली पड़े हैं। इन पदों पर स्थायी भर्ती करने की बजाय सरकार कौशल रोजगार निगम के माध्यम से ठेके पर कर्मचारी रखने की प्रथा को बढ़ावा दे रही है।  

07 साल में 18 लाख उद्योग बंद, 54 लाख नौकरियां गई

उन्होंने कहा कि देश में सात साल में मैन्युफैक्चरिंग सेक्टर में 18 लाख असंगठित उद्योग बंद हो गए है जिसके चलते इन सेक्टर में कार्यरत 54 लाख लोगों को नौकरी से हाथ धोना पड़ा। उन्होंने कहा कि लघु, सूक्ष्म और मध्यम उद्योग देश के गैर कृषि क्षेत्रों में सबसे ज्यादा रोजगार देता है पर सरकार ने इस ओर भी ध्यान नहीं दिया। प्रदेश में बढ़ रही बेरोजगार युवाओं की संख्या को देखकर सरकार एचकेआरएन के तहत रोजगार उपलब्ध करवाने की बात कर रही है, सरकार ऐसा कर एक प्रकार से ठेके पर कर्मचारी रखने की प्रथा को बढ़ावा दे रही है।  इसके तहत नौकरी सुरक्षित नहीं है, स्थायी नहीं हैं और वहां पर भाई भतीजावाद या अफसरशाही हावी है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिस सरकार का दो माह कार्यकाल बचा हो वो अल्पमत वाली भाजपा सरकार 50 हजार नौकरी देने के नाम पर लोगों को गुमराह कर रही है।

NEW DELHI, —Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav said that the people of Delhi were now looking upto the Congress party to provide able governance after the AAP and BJP Governments had totally neglected the Capital and ruined the civic services in every possible manner. Addressing the Executive Committee meetings of the Mehrauli and Tilak Nagar District Congress Committees today, Shri Devender Yadav said that the presence of a large number of District and Block Congress Committee office-bearers and workers in these meetings was an reassuring indication that Congress was ready to meet any challenge, and the party was gaining strength at the grass-root level. He said that Congress workers should remain alert and active to strengthen the party, by attracting more people into the party with total involvement in people’s problems.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that  a resolution was passed unanimously  at the Executive Committee meetings to hail the election of Shri Rahul Gandhi as the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha. He said that Jan Nayak Shri Rahul Gandhi, who walked over 4000kms in his Bharat Jodo Yatra and covered nearly 6000km in his Nyay Yatra, gave a new direction to the politics of the country, and Shri Rahul Gandhi will be reflecting the voice of the people in Parliament.

 

The Mehrauli meeting was organised by Mehrauli District Congress Committee president Shri Rajesh Chauhan at Agarwal Dharmashala, 100-Foota Road, Chattarpur Road, New Delhi while the Tilak Nagar meeting was organised by DCC president Shri Dharam Pal Chandela at Anubhav Banquet Hall, J Block, in front of Lal Market, Vikaspuri.

 

Besides Shri Devender Yadav, prominent other leaders who attended the meetings were Ex MP Ramesh Kumar, AICC Secretaries Amrita Dhawan and C.P. Shri Devender Yadav said that the main purpose of holding the meetings at the District level was to motivate the Congress workers to strengthen the party at the grass-root level, and wean maximum number of local residents into the Congress fold. He said that both the BJP and AAP Governments had misled  people with false and unfulfilled promises in the past 10 years. He said that the Congress foot soldiers, who are the backbones of the party, should not spare any effort to strengthen the party, with their involvement in the activities of social and charitable organizations, and RWAs. He said that the Congress workers should make regular interaction with people in the JJ Clusters, unauthorized and resettlement colonies, and other residential areas to understand their problems, which should be brought to the notice of the concerned authorities to solve them.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that Congress workers should discard personal differences to work for the party unitedly as disciplined soldiers, and they should remain as role models for people to emulate which will attract common people into the party,  including those who have left the party work for various reasons.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that every block president should hold a meeting on the 2^nd of every month while the District president should such meeting on the 5^th to have regular interaction with the Congress workers, take feedback from them to devise the necessary methods to enroll more people into the party. He said that people should be made aware of the inaction and incompetence of the BJP and AAP Governments in the past 10 years to serve their interest  as these parties were missing from action when people faced acute water shortage, poor  died in the heatwave, and the lack of preparedness to meet the monsoon challenge.

एसोसिएशन की राज्य प्रधान सबिता मलिक यह जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि एसोसिएशन ने विभाग  द्वारा  मांगों की अनदेखी  के विरोध स्वरूप 28 जून को विभाग के पंचकूला मुख्यालय पर रोष प्रदर्शन करने का ऐलान किया था। इसी को मध्य नजर रखते हुए विभाग की निदेशक द्वारा  एसोसिएशन के प्रतिनिधिमंडल को आज बातचीत के लिए आमंत्रित किया था। उन्होंने बताया मीटिंग में एसोसिएशन की ज्यादातर मांगों पर सहमति  बन गई  है। जिसके बाद शुक्रवार को होने वाले प्रदर्शन को दिस दिनों के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया है। अगर दस दिनों में मीटिंग में मानी गई मांगों के पत्र जारी कर लागू नहीं किया तो एसोसिएशन पुनः रोष प्रदर्शन करने पर मजबूर होगी।

एसोसिएशन की राज्य प्रधान सबिता मलिक ने  बताया कि मीटिंग में विभाग की एसीएस ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल  को आश्वासन दिया कि अगले  मंगलवार तक वेतन विसंगति  का पत्र अनुमोदित  करके वित्त मंत्रालय में भेज दिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा लिंक आफिसर्स वाले पत्र को संशोधित  करने का पत्र विभाग के माननीय मंत्री को भेज दिया  गया है। मीटिंग में एक माह के अंदर सभी आफिसर्स को एल टी सी देने का फैसला लिया गया। उन्होंने बताया कि रिक्त  पदों  को भरने के लिए विभाग  द्वारा  एच  पी एस सी को मांग  भेज  दी गई  है। कार्यालयों  के लिए  कम्प्यूटर, प्रिंन्टर, इनवर्टर शीघ्र दे दिए जाएंगे। 

खालिस्तानी अमृतपाल सिंह को सांसद के रूप में एंटी टेरोरिस्ट फ्रंट इंडिया शपथ नहीं लेने देगा: वीरेश शांडिल्य

 शांडिल्य बोले- यदि अमृतपाल सिंह लोकसभा की सदस्यता लेना चाहता है तो वह भारतीय संसद की दहलीज पर माथा टेक कर माफी मांगे और कहे कि उसे तिरंगा व संविधान प्यारा है और अमृतपाल सिंह कभी जीवन में जरनैल सिंह भिंडरावाला या खालिस्तानी मुहिम नहीं चलाएगा तो उनका संगठन अमृतपाल सिंह का सम्मान खुद करेगा 

चंडीगढ़: एंटी टेरोरिस्ट फ्रंट इंडिया के राष्टीय अध्यक्ष वीरेश शांडिल्य ने कहा कि यदि केंद्र सरकार ने या लोकसभा स्पीकर ने खालिस्तानी और आईएसआई के एजेंट अमृतपाल सिंह को लोकसभा सदस्य के रूप में शपथ दिलाई तो उनका संगठन केंद्र सरकार का विरोध करेगा। शांडिल्य ने घोषणा की कि यदि अमृतपाल सिंह डिबरूगढ़ जेल से दिल्ली शपथ लेने आएगा तो एंटी टेरोरिस्ट फ्रंट इंडिया के सदस्य उसे काले झंडे दिखाएंगे व उसके खिलाफ प्रदर्शन करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि अमृतपाल सिंह को किसी अदालत ने भी लोकसभा सदस्यता की शपथ के लिए इजाजत दी तो वह उस राज्य के हाईकोर्ट में उस आदेश को एंटी टेरोरिस्ट फ्रंट इंडिया की तरफ से चुनौती देंगे। वीरेश शांडिल्य ने दिल्ली में संसद भवन के बाहर जाकर घोषणा की कि वह किसी कीमत पर भी खालिस्तानी अमृतपाल सिंह को लोकसभा की शपथ नहीं लेने देंगे और देश के गृह मंत्र अमित शाह उनके संगठन एंटी टेरोरिस्ट फ्रंट इंडिया का समर्थन करें और वीरेश शांडिल्य ने संसद भवन के बाहर आने से पहले कॉन्सिट्यूशन क्लब में फ्रंट के सदस्यों की बैठक ली और रूप रेखा तैयार की। वीरेश शांडिल्य ने कहा कि अमृतपाल सिंह को वोट देने वाले कट्टरपंथी हैं जो पंजाब में खालिस्तान चाहते हैं लेकिन किसी कीमत पर भी पंजाब में खालिस्तानी मुहिम को सिर उठाने नहीं दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि 2022 में सबसे पहले उनके संगठन एंटी टेरोरिस्ट फ्रंट इंडिया ने पंजाब के राज्यपाल बनवारी लाल पुरोहित को ज्ञापन देकर अमृतपाल सिंह को आईएसआई का एजेंट बताया था और उसे देशद्रोह में गिरफ्तार करने की मांग की थी। और लगातार पंजाब में अमृतपाल सिंह के खिलाफ पंजाब में प्रदर्शन किए थे। एंटी टेरोरिस्ट फ्रंट इंडिया प्रमुख वीरेश शांडिल्य ने कहा कि संविधान को, तिरंगे को, कानून को चेतावनी देने वाला भले ही अमृतपाल सांसद बन गया लेकिन उस खालिस्तानी अमृतपाल सिंह को जो पंजाब में फिर जरनैल सिंह भिंडरावाला की तरह तबाही मचाना चाहता था उसे लोकसभा सदस्य के रूप में एंटी टेरोरिस्ट फ्रंट इंडिया शपथ नहीं लेने देगी। इसके लिए चाहे उन्हें सड़कों पर उतरना पड़ा या अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाना पड़े वह पीछे नहीं हटेंगे। वीरेश शांडिल्य ने कहा कि वह पिछले 25 साल से पाकिस्तानी आतंकवाद, बब्बर खालसा के आतंकवादियों सहित जरनैल सिंह भिंडरावाला के साहित्य व खालिस्तानी मुहिम का हाईकोर्ट से लेकर सड़कों तक विरोध कर रहे हैं। वीरेश शांडिल्य ने कहा कि एंटी टेरोरिस्ट फ्रंट इंडिया देश का एक मात्र ऐसा संगठन है जो आज से 22 साल पहले 2002 में दिल्ली से जम्मू कश्मीर तक आतंकवाद के खिलाफ रथ यात्रा लेकर गए और आतंकवाद के खिलाफ उनका संगठन आग उगलता गया और भारत माता व शहीदों के जयघोष करता गया ऐसे में उनके लिए अमृतपाल जैसी सोच रखने वाले सही मायनों में जेल में रहने के हकदार हैं। एंटी टेरोरिस्ट फ्रंट इंडिया प्रमुख वीरेश शांडिल्य ने कहा कि यदि अमृतपाल सिंह लोकसभा की सदस्यता लेना चाहता है तो वह भारतीय संसद की दहलीज पर माथा टेक कर माफी मांगे और कहे कि उसे तिरंगा व संविधान प्यारा है और अमृतपाल सिंह कभी जीवन में जरनैल सिंह भिंडरावाला या खालिस्तानी मुहिम नहीं चलाएगा तो उनका संगठन अमृतपाल सिंह का सम्मान खुद करेगा।

 Kumari Selja has written letters to the NGP Chairman, the Union Minister of Jal Shakti, and the Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.

The General Secretary of the All India Congress Committee, former President of Haryana Congress, In-charge of Uttarakhand, former Union Minister, and member of the Congress Working Committee, and newly elected MP from the Sirsa Lok Sabha seat representing the Congress (India Alliance) Kumari Selja
has said that the Ghaggar River, which is the lifeline for hundreds of villages in Sirsa, has been used for discharging all kinds of pollutants over the past decade and a half. Recently, there has been an unprecedented increase in the flow of pollutants, including factory waste and hazardous chemicals, which may be carcinogenic, treated, and untreated sewage. This has not only created a severe health threat to humans and dairy animals but also made the lives of those living around the Ghaggar River very miserable. She has demanded the central government take appropriate steps to prevent the river water from being polluted and to take strict action against those responsible for polluting the water. It is notable that when Kumari Selja visited the Rania area recently and stopped at the Ottu Head, she met with farmers who expressed their concerns about the increasing pollution in the Ghaggar River. The Selja had assured them that addressing the issue of the Ghaggar River would be her first priority. She has written to Justice Prakash Srivastava, Chairman of the National Green Tribunal (NGT), C.R. Patil, Union Minister of Jal Shakti, Government of India, and Bhupender Yadav, Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, informing them about the farmers' concerns regarding the Ghaggar River. The Ghaggar River originates from the Shivalik Hills and passes through Himachal, UT, Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan, covering a vast length. It is often linked to the sacred river Saraswati.

Kumari Selja said that the polluted water of the Ghaggar River is greatly affecting bird life and aquatic life around the Otu Weir (especially fisheries), which is a home for migratory birds as well as for the Fisheries Department. The rivers flowing into the Ghaggar are certainly contaminating the groundwater, posing a significant threat to human populations and dairy animals. The milk from cattle living around the Ghaggar River is of poor quality. Additionally, the area suffers from water-borne diseases such as jaundice, diarrhea, typhoid, hepatitis, and malaria.

She said that the increase in cases of cancer, liver, and gastric diseases in this region is due to the pollution of this river. It is believed that the sudden increase in the aforementioned diseases may be due to faulty installations of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) in dozens of villages in the Ghaggar belt over the past few years, leading to sewer system issues in towns like Sirsa and Ellenabad. These STPs should be inspected for proper functioning, and any defects or bypasses should be rectified. Ignoring this serious environmental threat could lead to irreversible pollution in the Ghaggar Basin. She said that the reports of the commission headed by Justice Pritam Pal were eye-opening, but their recommendations were ignored by the concerned authorities. Various social organizations of the Sirsa Lok Sabha constituency, Lokpanchayat, Sirsa, and the Ghaggar Bachao Committee have raised their voices about these dangers from time to time, but to no avail. Immediate excavation of the Ottu Lake is also necessary to increase water storage and remove silt. Previous efforts to excavate the lake were marred by widespread corruption. The lake is still filled with water hyacinth, obstructing water flow during the monsoon. An approved water recharging system needs to be established along the entire length of the Ghaggar, but only after ensuring a clean, pollution-free water flow. Both the left and right banks of the Ghaggar River need to be strengthened, and a 'pucca' road should be constructed on these banks for better management of the river before and during floods. Please take note of this serious matter and issue favorable strong time-bound directions to the concerned departments

बिप्लब देब ने औवेसी द्वारा संसद में शपथ लेने के दौरान फिलिस्तीन जिंदाबाद का नारा लगाने पर पूरे विपक्ष की चुप्पी पर भी सवाल खड़े किए हैं। त्रिपुरा के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री एवं सांसद बिप्लब कुमार देब ने न्यूज़ एजेंसी एएनआई को कहा- "...फिलिस्तीन हो या कोई और देश, सबके भारत से अच्छे संबंध हैं। सवाल यह है कि शपथ लेते समय वह फिलिस्तीन जिंदाबाद कह सकते हैं या नहीं, भारत माता जिंदाबाद कहने की बजाय वह दूसरे देश का जिंदाबाद कह रहे हैं। इस पर विपक्ष चुप था...जब मैंने शपथ लेने से पहले नमस्ते कहा तो ओवैसी ने विरोध करना शुरू कर दिया कि यह संविधान विरोधी शब्द है...मुझे दुख है कि जनता ने औवेसी को चुना है और ऐसे में जब वह इस तरह के शब्दों का इस्तेमाल करते हैं तो विपक्ष चुप रहता है।"
बिप्लब देब ने संसद में औवेसी द्वारा फिलिस्तीन जिंदाबाद का नारा लगाने और इस पर विपक्ष द्वारा साधी गई चुप्पी को चिंताजनक बताया है।

Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav today addressed the Executive Committee meetings of Adarsh Nagar   and Karawal Nagar District Congress Committees to take suggestions/opinions on how to further strengthen the party and consolidate the gains at the grass-root level, and the problems they face, to prepare the roadmap for the party’s rejuvenation.

 

The Adarsh Nagar District Congress Committee Executive Committee meeting was held at the   Grand Utsav Banquet Hall, Rani Bagh, near NDPL office, and it was organised by Shri Manoj Yadav, president of the Adarsh Nagar District Congress Committee. The Karawal Nagar District Congress Committee Executive Committee meeting, organised by district president Shri Adesh Bhardwaj, was held at the Surya Prime Banquet Hall, Nathupura Mode Burari. A resolution was passed that monthly meetings of District and Block Congress Committees will be held, party flags will be hoisted at the residences of all District and Block Congress Committee workers, contacts will be established with various social organizations, RWAs amd NGOs to take them into the  Congress fold.

 

Besides Shri Devender Yadav, prominent among those who attended these meetings were Shri Kanhaiya Kumar, former Delhi Govt.  Minister Shri Mangat Ram Singhal, Communication Deptt. Shri Devender Yadav, addressing the Congress workers, said that it was a matter of great pride  for the Congress workers  that Congress party’s vote share had gone up in the recent Lok Sabha elections, which was an encouraging sign that people were once again looking up to the Congress party to provide good governance in Delhi. He said that the Capital had witnessed unprecedented developments when Congress was in power in Delhi for 15 years, and people still recall those good days. He said that Delhiites have to  struggle to get potable water now and frequent power cuts, water-logging, air and water pollution have made their lives miserable.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that discussions and interactions with the grass-root level workers will be a regular feature to strengthen the party at the booth level, which will put the party in a commanding position when Delhi goes to Assembly polls. He said that Congress workers should continue their hard work to further strengthen the party at the ground level by reaching out to the people, and finding solutions to their problems.

 

Shri  Devender Yadav said that the  Congress workers  should not lower their guard and diminish  their enthusiasm as under the dynamic leadership of Shri Rahul Gandhi, the party was poised for a major leap, because people were now looking for change and want able and stable leadership.

नई दिल्ली, । त्रिपुरा वेस्ट से सांसद बिप्लब कुमार देब ने मंगलवार को 18वीं लोकसभा के सदस्य के रूप में संसद में गोपनीयता की शपथ ली। बिप्लब हरियाणा के प्रभारी एवं विधानसभा चुनाव सह प्रभारी भी हैं। संसद में शपथ लेने के बाद श्री देब ने कहा कि संसद सदस्य के रूप में शपथ लेना मेरे लिए गौरव का अवसर है। उन्होंने पश्चिम त्रिपुरा की देवतुल्य जनता का आभार प्रकट करते हुए कहा कि जनता के आशीर्वाद और स्नेह के परिणाम स्वरूप ही आज उन्हें लोकसभा सदस्य के रूप में शपथ लेने का गौरव प्राप्त हुआ है।

सांसद एवं हरियाणा भाजपा प्रभारी तथा विधानसभा चुनाव के सह प्रभारी बिप्लब कुमार देब ने आपातकाल को भारत के लोकतंत्र का काला अध्याय बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि 25 जून 1975 को कांग्रेस द्वारा थोपे गए आपातकाल ने भारत के लोकतंत्र की आत्मा का गला घोंट दिया था। राजनीति के सबसे काले अध्याय आपातकाल के विरोध में उठी प्रत्येक आवाज को कांग्रेस ने कुचलने का काम किया था। श्री देब ने लोकतंत्र और संविधान की रक्षा के प्रहरियों को भी नमन किया।
बिप्लब कुमार देब ने कहा कि कांग्रेस ने सत्ता बचाने के लिए आपातकाल लागू किया था। आजादी के बाद कांग्रेस द्वारा थोपा गया आपातकाल देश के इहितास में काला अध्याय है। कांग्रेस ने इमरजेंसी लागू करते ही नागरिकों के अधिकारों को खत्म करने का पाप किया था। उन्होंने कहा कि 25 जून का दिन याद रखने वाला दिन है, इसी दिन कांग्रेस ने विपक्षी नेताओं को जेलों में डालकर जो यातनाएं दी थी वह अकल्पनीय है। उन्होंने कहा कि आपातकाल में सहयोगी रहे कांग्रेस के लोग आज भी संविधान का मजाक उड़ाने में लगे हैं और जनता को भ्रमित कर रहे हैं।

Shri Devender Yadav congratulated Jan Nayak Shri Rahul Gandhi for accepting the post of the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha which will motivate people across the country to be associated with the Congress. He said that Shri Rahul Gandhi’s presence as the Leader of the Opposition will prevent the Modi Government from acting in an authoritarian and unilateral manner, to protect the rights of the people and the Constitution.

 

Besides Shri Devender Yadav, prominent among those who attended the meeting were Communication Department Chairman & Ex MLA Anil Bhardwaj, Ex MLA Sumesh Shokeen, Tasveer Solanki, Sushma Yadav, Anil Mitter, Rajesh Yadav and Jatin Sehrawat.

 

Addressing the meeting, Shri Devender Yadav said  that Congress workers and leaders should work unitedly, forgetting personal differences, to strengthen the party at all levels. He said that contacts should be established with those Congress workers and leaders who had left the party for whatever reasons, to bring them back into the party. He said that the Block and District Congress Committees should hold meetings on  2^nd and 5^th  of every month to maintain regular contacts with the workers and strengthen the party at the booth-level,  interact with the local people to understand and solve their problems.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that he has begun one-to-one interaction with the District and Block Congress Committee presidents, to give them an opportunity  to express their views openly and frankly, and assured the Block presidents that status quo would be maintained for them to work with a free mind to strengthen the party. He said that Congress workers should establish contacts with social organizations, RWAs, NGOs and prominent citizens to enlarge the reach and scope of the party at the grass-root level, to understand the problems of the local residents.

जनपद बागपत के तिलवाड़ा गांव की रहने वाली प्रिया उपाध्याय नारी शक्ति की अनुपम मिसाल है। विलक्षण प्रतिभा की धनी प्रिया उपाध्याय का जन्म एक मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार में हुआ है। उनके पिता आरआरडी उपाध्याय एक जाने-माने पत्रकार और प्रमुख समाजसेवी है। प्रिया उपाध्याय अपने संस्कारों, देशभक्ति, परोपकार, आदि से अपने परिजनों का नाम रोशन कर रही है और जनपद बागपत को देशभर में गौरवान्वित कर रही है। प्रिया उपाध्याय ने वर्ष 2022 में श्री दिगम्बर जैन इंटर कॉलिज छपरौली से 85 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ 10 वीं व वर्ष 2024 में 81 प्रतिशत से अधिक अंकों के साथ पीसीएम विषय में 12 की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की है। वर्ष 2022 में प्रिया उपाध्याय ने कम्प्यूटर का बेसिक ज्ञान प्राप्त किया था और अब वह कम्प्यूटर में टैली विषय का अध्ययन कर रही है। वह बचपन से ही कुशाग्र बुद्धि की धनी है और देशभक्ति की भावना उनमें कूट-कूट कर भरी है। वर्तमान में वह एक अच्छी योग गुरू है और शुद्ध मंत्र उच्चारण और गायन में उनकी अच्छी पकड़ है। वह लाठी चलाना जानती है और एक मोटिवेशनल स्पीकर भी है। वह एक कुशल मंच संचालक भी है। वह समय-समय पर लोगों को पर्यावरण के प्रति जागरूक करती है ओर उनको पर्यावरण की महत्ता से अवगत कराती है। वह लोगों को स्वदेशी अपनाने को जागरूक करती है। वह कभी भी अपना समय व्यर्थ नही जाने देती और अपना समस्त समय स्वाध्याय और दूसरों की भलाई में लगाती है। वर्तमान में 12 वीं परीक्षा देने के उपरान्त छुट्टियों के दिनों में उन्होंने बच्चों को ज्ञान प्रदान करने के लिए एक समर कैंप का आयोजन किया है। कैंप में कक्षा 6 से कक्षा 10 तक के सीबीएसई और यूपी बोर्ड के बच्चों को टयूशन क्लास दे रही है, जिसमें वह कक्षा 9 व कक्षा 10 की छात्राओं को निशुल्क टयूशन प्रदान कर रही है। प्रिया उपाध्याय अपनी समस्त उपलब्धियों का श्रेय अपने गुरूजनों, अपनी माता रेखा रानी, पिता आरआरडी उपाध्याय, छोटे भाई युवराज सूर्या और सहयोगियों को देती है। प्रिया उपाध्याय कहती है कि हर घड़ी अंतिम घड़ी है, ऐसी सोच के साथ हमें कर्म और पुरूषार्थ करना चाहिए और विपरीत परिस्थतियों में हमें विचलित नही होना चाहिए। हर घड़ी हमें सत्य को स्वीकार करना चाहिए। सत्य कुछ समय के लिए परेशान तो हो सकता है, लेकिन वह पराजित नही हो सकता। परमेश्वर का हर समय ध्यान करना चाहिए। समय को नाम मात्र भी व्यर्थ नहीं गवाना चाहिए और ऐसे कार्य करने चाहिए, जिससे सभी का कल्याण हो। प्रिया उपाध्याय कहती है कि अच्छी शिक्षा व्यक्ति के विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है। वह व्यक्ति को आत्मनिर्भर बनाती है। शिक्षा सामाजिक बुराईयों को दूर करने में मद्द करती है और समाज और राष्ट्र के समग्र विकास में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान करती है। प्रिया उपाध्याय ने बताया कि वे एक अच्छी शिक्षक बनकर समाज व राष्ट्र की सेवा करना चाहती है।

’ਮਾਂ ਬੋਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਾਡੀ, ਗੁੜ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਮਿੱਠੀ ਡਾਡੀ, ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਲੋਰੀਆਂ ਗਾਈਆਂ, ਨਾਨੀ ਦਾਦੀ ਨੇ ਘੋੜੀਆਂ ਗਾਈਆਂ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਵਰਗੀ ਸੁੱਚੀ ਹੈ, ਸਭਨਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਉੱਚੀ ਹੈ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੁਆ ਵਰਗੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨਿਰੀ ਖੁਦਾ ਵਰਗੀ’ ਆਦਿ ਨਾਅਰੇ ਲਿਖ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਤੇ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਚਾਕਲੇਟ ਤੇ ਟਾਫੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਗਿਫਟ ਪੈਕ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਕੈਂਪ ਲਗਾਉਣਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਗਲੀ-ਗਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਨਗਰ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਨਿਕਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਦੀਵਾਨ ਸਜਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਥੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਜੀਵਨ ਜਾਚ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਨਾ ਸਿੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਮੰਦੇਭਾਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਣ ਇਸਾਈ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਧਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ।

ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਹਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਾਲਕਾ ਤੇ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਗਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਾਹਲੋਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਕਰਮਸਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਧਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੀ ਛੋਟ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਸਦਕਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੇ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਜੰਗੀ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਧਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਸਫਲ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ।

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਸਮਾਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਦ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੋਲ ਬਿਠਾ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਿਖਾਉਣੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਦਾ ਗਿਆਨ ਦੇਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਗੁਰਸਿੱਖੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਸਿਖਾਉਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੁਰਜ਼ੋਰ ਯਤਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਜੀਵਨ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਾਂਗੇ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਕੈਂਪਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ।

हरियाणा में बाप-बेटे की सरकार नहीं बनेगी, सरकार गरीब-किसान की बनेगीः बिपल्ब कुमार देब

 नई दिल्ली / रोहतक,। रोहतक में आयोजित अभिनंदन समारोह में हरियाणा भाजपा चुनाव सह प्रभारी और त्रिपुरा के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री बिपल्ब कुमार देब ने जय जगन्नाथ और जय श्रीराम से भाषण शुरू किया। उन्होंने कहा कि चार माह से कांग्रेस यह बात फैला रही है कि हरियाणा में सरकार बदलेगी, लेकिन भाजपा और प्रदेश की जनता ने तय कर लिया है कि हरियाणा में कोई बाप-बेटे की सरकार नहीं बनेगी, सरकार बनेगी तो गरीब-किसान की सरकार बनेगी। बिप्लब ने कहा कि बाप-बेटा सत्ता में आने की जो आस लगाए बैठे हैं उन्हें कह देना चाहते हैं कि हम मनोहर लाल के रूप में करंट मंत्री अपने साथ लेकर आए हैं। मनोहर लाल के पास बिजली के अलावा शहरी विकास मंत्रालय भी है और वे हरियाणा को सजाने में कोई कसर नहीं छोडेगें।

बिप्लब ने भूपेंद्र और दीपेंद्र को आड़े हाथों लेते हुए कहा कि चार महीने में हरियाणा में नहीं आया तो बाप बेटे को लगा कि हम चले गए हैं, लेकिन हम फिर आ गए नए जोश के साथ। भाजपा किसी एक परिवार के साथ नहीं चलने वाली, हम किसान मजदूर के साथ चलने वाले लोग हैं। चुनाव सह प्रभारी बिपल्ब कुमार देब ने कहा कि हम विधानसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस सहित सभी विरोधी पर्टियों को उखाड़कर फेंक देंगे। तीसरी बार भी हरियाणा में भाजपा की सरकार होगी। देब ने कहा कि पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हुड्डा लोगों को बहकाने लगे हैं कि हरियाणा को चमकाएंगे, लेकिन 10 साल जनता ने हरियाणा में कांग्रेस की जब सरकार बनाई थी तो आपने क्या किया? अपने शासनकाल को खंगालकर देखें तो पता चलेगा कि उस समय हरियाणा में जंगल राज था। बिप्लब ने कहा कि आज भाजपा की सरकार जनता और किसानों की सरकार है। गरीब, मजदूरों, किसानों, युवाओं का राज है। हम कोई परिवार के लिए काम नहीं करते, हम जनता के लिए किसानों नौजवानों के लिए काम करते हैं।

केंद्रीय बिजली एवं शहरी विकास मंत्री मनोहर लाल ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि लोकसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस ने हथकंडे फैलाए, कुछ लोग उनकी बातों में फंस गए। अब विधानसभा चुनाव में भी कांग्रेस ऐसे हथकंडे अपनाएगी। कुछ नई झूठी बातें भी लेकर वे आ सकते हैं, लेकिन आपको उनकी बातों से सावधान रहना है। मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि कांग्रेस शासनकाल में जरूरतमंद लोगों को योजनाओं का लाभ नहीं लेने दिया गया, कांग्रेस में भ्रष्टाचार था, धींगा मस्ती चलती थी। उन्होंने कहा कि हर कार्यकर्ता का काम आज नहीं तो कल हो ही जाएगा, लेकिन अगर कांग्रेस आती है तो वही धींगा मस्ती, भाई भतीजाववाद, भ्रष्टाचार और अपनों को रेवड़ी बांटने वाली सरकार बनाएगी। इनसे सावधान रहें। मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि हरियाणा में भाजपा की सरकार को 10 साल होने जा रहे हैं, हमने जनता को सहुलियत पहुंचाने के लिए टेक्नॉलॉजी का इस्तेमाल किया।

नागरिक अभिनंदन समारोह में हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री नायब सैनी ने कहा कि धर्मेंद्र प्रधान भगवान जगन्नाथ की विजय का रथ हरियाणा लेकर आए हैं। देश प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में मजबूती से आगे बढ़ रहा है हरियाणा भी उनके साथ मजबूती से चलेगा। हरियाणा में भी तीसरी बार भाजपा की सरकारा बनेगी, उसका आगाज आज रोहतक से हो गया है। नायब सैनी ने कहा कि कांग्रेस ने जिस तरह झूठ का सहारा लेकर अपनी नींव खड़ी की है, आने वाले तीन महीने के बाद वो नींव हरियाणा में ढह जाएगी और भाजपा तीसरी बार हरियाणा में आएगी। हरियाणा की जनता ने संकेत दिया है कि इस बार फिर भाजपा को जिताएंगे, क्योंकि 10 साल में भाजपा ने महिलाओं, युवाओं, किसानों के हित में काम किया है, उसी का परिणाम है कि कांग्रेस का झूठ अब चलने वाला नहीं। भाजपा का हर कार्यकर्ता जनता के बीच में कांग्रेस के झूठ का नाकाब उतारेगा।
