 पत्रकारिता में 28 साल.... दैनिक भास्कर, हिंदुस्तान जैसे अखबारो का अनुभव, टीवी की दुनिया में सहारा टीवी, इंडिया न्यूज, इंडिया न्यूज हरियाणा, ए2जेड चैनल, हरियाणा न्यूज, एमएच1 चैनलो में संपादक बनने का दौर... फिर अपना प्रोडक्शन हाउस, अपना मीडिया हाउस जिसमें मीडिया इंस्टीट्यूट, आज की दिल्ली अखबार व कई ओनलाइन चैनल्स और साथ साथ करीब तीन साल पहले शुरुआत हुई समाजसेवा के क्षेत्र में कार्य करने की। आलंबन चेरीटेबल ट्रस्ट और फिर वर्ल्ड ह्यूमन राइटस ओर्गेनाइजेशन का सफल संचालन। अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर मानव अधिकारों की चर्चा से जागरुकता तक... मानव अधिकारों का हनन करने वाली सरकारों और प्रशासन से उलझना और पीडितों को न्याय दिलाला। जनता की आवाज को गूंगी बहरी सरकारों तक पहुंचाना ही पहले भी मकसद था आज भी है। न जाने और कितना जीवन बचा हो, मानवता की सेवा के इस कार्य में ही लगाना है। किसी ने ठीक कहा है सच्चाई से काम करते जाओ, लोग खुद ब खुद जुडते जाएंगे। कुछ ऐसा ही चल रहा है। लेकिन चुनौती है स्वार्थी तत्वों को दूर रखना, सेवा भाव वाले लोगों का चुनाव करना। उन्हें जोडना। कुछ लोग तो ऐसे भी आते है जो बडी बडी अंतरराष्ट्रीय बातें करते है और नतीज शून्य निकलता है। ऐसे बयानवीर और भी मिलेंगे, निपटेंगे। लेकिन सच का साथ देने वालों की कमी नही है। महिलाएं तो इस मामले में पुरुषों से आगे हैं। ओर्गेनाइजेशन से जुडने वालो में किसी भी राज्यो में पढी लिखी, कर्मठ और योग्य महिलाओं का योगदान काबिले तारीफ रहा है। कुछ लोगो को शिकायत रहती है कि उन्हें रिजेक्ट क्यो कर दिया गया, बता दूं कि वर्ल्ड ह्यूमन राइटस ओर्गेनाइजेशन में सदस्यो का चुनाव बोर्ड करता है। आप नोमिनेशन भेजिए, चुना जाएगा और योगय्ता हुई तो आप हमारे साथ होंगे। लोग भले ही थोडे हों, भीड नहीं चाहिए, काम करने वाले और मानवता की सेवा करने वाले लोग चाहिए। बाकि सब ईश्वर के हाथ है। कर्म करना हमारा धर्म है। कर रहे है.. बिना फल की चिंता व इच्छा किए हुए

A Unique Film Festival

Culture Cinema 2021, a unique concept-based film festival that aims at celebrating world

cultures through the medium of cinema for international audiences, announced the Award

Winners of the Festival in July 2021. The film festival is currently online at

CultureCinema.MovieSaints.com, and the official selected films will be available till 16th

August 2021, in the virtual edition.

The winning films that shared the top prize of $1000 were, 'Kanda Bode' (Don’t Get Whipped),

directed by Cheryl Halpern and Fekad Kiros from Africa; and 'Sindhustan' directed by Sapna

Bhavnani from India. The announcement was made at the premiere edition of Culture Cinema

Film Festival (C2F2) this year. There was also a 'Jury Special Award' which was shared by two

films viz. 'I am a black sculptor' from the Netherlands, directed by Robin van Erven Dorens and

'Cumbia around the world', directed by Pablo Ignacio Coronel. Fifteen other films received 'Best

in Category' Awards for their remarkable cinematic representation in 14 categories of cultural

aspects. The festival is supported by UNESCO New Delhi Office, JLF Litfest and CIFEJ apart

from other festival partners.

The festival was the brainchild of Praveen Nagda, Festival Director of Culture Cinema 2021

(www.culturecinema.in) He speaks about what inspired him to start this unique festival, “We

organized this unique film festival, Culture Cinema 2021 with the aim to celebrate world cultures

via cinema. Every country has its own, unique culture and culture always binds people together.

Having a platform that allows film-makers an opportunity of storytelling about their diverse

cultural aspects to the world is wonderful. We want to explore the potential of culture to bring

prosperity, development, and peaceful co-existence using cinema as a medium. Cinema has

always been a great medium of expression, and this festival aims to become a preferred

platform to explore world cultures through cinema.”

Culture Cinema 2021 was graced by a great Jury mix of acclaimed filmmakers, directors,

writers, and cinema educators from across the globe. Jury members included well known

names like Archana Kelkar Deshmukh, Jitendra Mishra, Monarose Sheila Pereira, Ramesh

Tekwani, Ritesh Taksande, Vinod Ganatra, and Vedakumar Manikonda from India; and

Gabriele Brennen from France, and Theodora Malliarou from Greece.

Winners, Cheryl Halpern and Fekad Kiros, Directors, Kande Bode, believe that Culture

Cinema provides an important opportunity to promote knowledge and a greater appreciation for

the diverse customs and traditions of the worlds’ ethnicities. They said,WeI believe that it is

essential to share the stories represented by ethnic and cultural role models in order to

encourage understanding and respect for one another and to challenge intolerance and

prejudice. Thank you Culture Cinema for enabling this valuable communication.”

Another winner, Sapna Bhavnani, Director, Sindhustan, explained, “Because of the Sufi

influence Sindhis just left post partition. We didn’t fight. We didn’t ask for land. We just walked

away. Since our trauma was/is more on the psychological realm not too many films or series are

made about us. Sindhustan was the first film that penetrated the world and for the first time

people in First World Countries were googling our little community. We still have ways to go

before our story is relevant and I hope the young Sindhis keep on fighting for it. We don’t need

land or a state, just a DD channel would also help in keeping our culture alive. Thank you

Culture Cinema for curating our film and giving it relevance on a worldwide platform. Sindhis are

like magic. We are there but not there.”

Talking about the festival, Film maker, Gabriele Brennen, said, “What a nice idea to make a

festival about what should bring people together: their differences! Their culture, their traditions,

their art, whether music, theater, cinema, painting or sculpting, what a marvelous idea to be able

to travel from one country to another without having to move, not that it is not nice to move, but

alas it is not always possible, whether it is because of money, covid, work or family

circumstances. Knowing the other allows us to discover, to compare, to progress, to be aware

that our own traditions are precious. This Culture Festival gives us a unique opportunity to know

more about others and ourselves!”

Adding to the complimentss, Film maker and researcher of youth cinema, Theodora Malliarou,

noted, “As a new member of CIFEJ ( International Centre of Film for Children and Young

People) I am honoured to be part of Culture Cinema 2021. It has been a great pleasure

watching films about culture from all around the world, especially during this difficult year of

COVID-19 related restrictions. The great thing about our times is that technology gives us the

Jury member, Author and Guest Faculty for media studies, Monarose Sheila Pereira, who is

also known as India's Enid Blyton, said, "It was refreshing to see such well made films from

various cultures across the world. The films were educational and well researched. They

highlighted the need to focus on social and cultural aspects of life in different countries and

cultures to understand each other better and also to reform society and its biases. There is also

a common thread that seems to run through many cultures like history, beating up women, song

and dance, creative new ideas etc. The films were a delight to watch and difficult to judge

because they were well made and distinct in their own right. They proved that culture and films

have the tremendous potential to educate and bring reforms, peace, happiness and dignity to

all."

HOD - Films and Media School (GH Raisoni University, Amravati, Director, Editor, Filmmaker

(Course Director at FTII-SKIFT Program), Ritesh Taksande, found the Film festival very

unique. He explaind, “ We attend and judge a lot of festivals and see many different kinds of

films. Here the films were focused on culture, tradition, beliefs which were interesting to watch

and we enjoyed watching different cultures and traditions from around the world. Each film was

showcasing many aspects of various beliefs and traditional values and how the future

generation should follow, preserve, or even in few cases abandon the old culture which is

harmful to human life. I believe these kinds of films should not only be showcased in festivals

but should be brought to the public and every individual should watch them.”

The festival saw many intellectually stimulating talks by well-known authors, Bollywood

personalities, filmmakers, OOT professionals, and academicians who participated in the

discussions. The films have the potential to broadened our horizons as they present cultural

practices in different countries across the globe.

ब्राह्मण समाज को बरगलाने की कौशिश ना करें राजनैतिक दल- विजय शर्मा।

नई दिल्ली। इन्द्रप्रस्थ चांदनी चौक ब्राह्मण सभा (पंजी) के प्रधान पं.विजय शर्मा ने यूपी में होने वाले आगामी विधानसभा चुनावों के मद्देनजर राजनैतिक दलों द्वारा ब्राह्मण समाज को प्रलोभन में लेकर वोट बैंक मजबूत करने की रणनीति की घोर निन्दा की है।श्री शर्मा ने कहा,कि सनातन संस्कृति ने ब्राह्मणों को बुद्धि का ज्ञाता व विद्वान माना है और आज भी सर्वविदित है,कि पूरे देश के ब्राह्मण ही नहीं, बल्कि पूरे विश्व में स्थापित हमारे ब्राह्मण बंधु राजनैतिक दलों को सत्ता में लाने का या सत्ताविहिन करने का दम रखते हैं, इसके बावजूद राजनैतिक दल केवल ब्राह्मणों का उपयोग चुनाव के समय पर ही करते हैं। पूरा विश्व जानता है,कि ब्राह्मण समाज का एक-एक बच्चा राष्ट्र के प्रति समर्पण का भाव रखता है, ऐसे में वो जानता है,कि उसको समय आने पर अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग किस ओर करना है। उन्होंने कहा,कि आज भी विभिन्न राजनैतिक दलों में हमारे समाज के काफी नेता हैं, लेकिन आज तक उन्होंने ने भी ब्राह्मण समाज के हितों के लिए जो कुछ करना चाहिए था,वो नहीं किया। जिससे आज भी हमारे समाज का एक वर्ग काफी आहत और उपेक्षित हैं।श्री शर्मा ने कहा,कि राजनैतिक दल ब्राह्मणों को लुभाने की कौशिश करनी छोड़ दे, क्यूंकि ब्राह्मण अपने बुद्धि,बल और चातुर्य के दम पर राष्ट्रभक्तो का नेतृत्व करता है। उन्होंने पूरे देश के ब्राह्मणों से अपील की है,कि वे अपने स्व विवेक का इस्तेमाल कर  उन्नत राष्ट्र निर्माण में अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाए।

केंद्रीय मंत्री ने की रेल मालगोदाम मजदूरों के रजिस्ट्रेशन की शुरुआत

नई दिल्ली, 23 जुलाई। भारत के रेल मालगोदाम मजदूरों का रजिस्ट्रेशन शुरु हो गया है। केंद्र सरकार द्वारा उठाए गए इस महत्वपूर्ण कदम को लेकर बाहरी दिल्ली के रामा विहार में भारतीय रेलवे मालगोदाम श्रमिक संघ का विशाल उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि केंद्रिय विधि एवं न्याय राज्य मंत्री एस पी एस बघेल रहे। विशिष्ट अतिथि के रुप में यूपी के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री व सांसद जगदंबिका पाल, भुवनेश्वर उडीसा की सासंद अपराजिता सारंगी भी मौजूद थे। 

इस श्रमिक संघ का शुभारंभ भारतीय रेलवे माल गोदाम श्रमिक संघ के राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री  अरूण कुमार पासवान  राष्ट्रीय प्रभारी मनोरंजन कुमार तथा रेलवे के सचिव मनोज कुमार झा तथा देश के कोने-कोने से आए कार्यकर्ता के समक्ष किया गया। श्रमिक नेताओं ने मांग रखी कि भारतीय रेलवे गोदाम के श्रमिकों को भी भारतीय खाद निगम श्रमिकों को, कोयला खदान श्रमिकों को, रेलवे पार्सल पोर्टर के श्रमिकों के तरह ही पूर्ण हक मिले। यहां आपको बता दें कि रेलवे की कुल आमदनी का लगभग 67% हिस्सा केवल माल गोदाम से आता है। यहां काम करने वाले श्रमिक अपने हक के लिए लंबे समय से संघर्ष कर रहे थे। अब जब इन मांगो को मान लिया गया और उनके लिए बहुत सारी सुविधाएं देने की घोषणा हो चुकी है तो आज से मालगोदाम श्रमिकों ने अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाना शुरु करवा दिया है।

गुरु पूर्णिमा पर कालकापीठ में सोशल डिस्टेंस का पालन कर मनाया गया उत्सव-महंत सुरेन्द्र नाथ अवधूत जी महाराज।

नई दिल्ली। गुरु पूर्णिमा के पावन अवसर पर कालकापीठ प्रांगण में  भव्य उत्सव का आयोजन किया गया।महंत श्री सुरेन्द्रनाथ अवधूत जी महाराज ने सर्वप्रथम अपने गुरुजी को स्मरण कर उनका पूजन किया। इसके उपरांत गुरुदेव ने अपने शिष्यों के बीच रहकर कहा,कि गुरु शिष्य की परंपरा प्राचीन समय से प्रारंभ है, वैसे तो गुरु शिष्य प्रतिदिन एक दूसरे के प्रति समर्पण भाव रखते हैं, लेकिन सच्चा शिष्य वही है,जो गुरु के प्रत्येक आदेश का पालन कर सुखमय जीवन और राष्ट्र निर्माण में अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाए। महंत श्री अवधूत ने कहा,कि वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना में बहुत से शिष्य नही रहे,इस महामारी में बहुत से अपनो को भी खोया है,अब भी इसका खतरा बना हुआ है, इसलिए प्रत्येक शिष्य को यह प्रण लेना है,कि भारत सरकार के दिशा निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए मास्क लगाएं,सोशल डिस्टेंस बनाए अपने और अपने परिवार की रक्षा करे।भव्य कार्यक्रम में भी इन नियमों का पालन किया गया।इस अवसर पर गुरूदेव की ओर से अपने हजारों शिष्यों को प्रसाद भी वितरित किया गया।....संजय शर्मा (प्रेस सचिव)

वर्ल्ड ह्यूमन राइटस ओर्गेनाइजेशन ने गुड़गांव में बनाया अंतराष्ट्रीय मुख्यालय

गुडगांव। विश्वभर में मानव अधिकारो के लिए जागरुकता फैलाने और मौलिक अधिकारों केलिए काम करने वाले अंतराष्ट्रीय संगठन वर्ल्ड ह्यूमन राइटस ओर्गेनाइजेशन ने गुडगांव के उद्योग विहार में अपना मुख्यालय स्थापितकिया है। इस बारे मे जानकारी देते हुए ओर्गेनाइजेशन के चेयरमैन योगराज शर्मा ने यहां सेजारी एक विज्ञप्ति में बताया कि संगठन करीब 16 राज्यों में भारतके अंदर काम कर रहा है और करीब छह दर्जन देशो में पत्राचार आदि के माध्यम से मानवअधिकारो संबंधी कार्य और विचार विमर्श आदि का काम कर रहा है। श्री शर्मा ने बताया कि दुबाई, कनाडा, जापान, यूएस, आस्ट्रेलिया और बेल्जियम आदि देशो में संगठन के प्रतिनिधि नियुक्त हो चुकेहै। उन्होने बताया कि इस्कान मंदिरो के समूह में एनसीआर केवरिष्ठ केशव मुरारी, एक्स डीआईजी बीएसफ प्रेम चौहान, बालीवुड डांस कोरियोग्राफर संदीप सोपार्कर व कई बडे नाम संगठन के एडवाइजर बोर्ड सदस्यो केरुप में जुड चुके हैं। गुडगांव हरियाणा में संगठन के मुख्यालय  केसाथ एक राष्टरिय कार्यालय दिल्ली के तिलक नगर में भी रहेगा। 

All property tax offices of North DMC will remain open on Saturdays till 31st July 2021

 

North Delhi Mayor, Mr. Raja Iqbal Singh said that to facilitate the property tax payers, all property tax offices of North Delhi Municipal Corporation will remain open on all Saturdays till 31st July, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m (lunch break of half an hour i.e 01:00 pm to 01:30 pm).

 

Mr. Raja Iqbal Singh clarified that North DMC has extended the last date of payment of property tax upto 31^st July 2021 with 15% rebate along with 3% COVID-19 vaccination incentive for timely payment of the property tax for the year 2021-22 in lumpsum.

" मंत्रोच्चार के बीच अमेरनाथ शिंगदेवा जी का हुआ सिंघासनाभिषेक "

दिल्ली - वसंत विहार इलाका में शुक्रवार को सुबह 9 बजे से ही मन्त्रोंचार की गूँज उठ रही थी। मौका था अखिल भारतीय मठ  मंदिर समन्वय समिति के माननीय राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री अमेरनाथ शिंगदेवा जी का सिंघासनाभिषेक। वहीं जगद्गुरु स्वामी गोपेश्वर देव जी महाराज के साथ करपात्री जी महाराज ,वंश शिरोमणि आचार्य राजेश ओझा जी की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही। इतना ही नही  इतना ही नही सिंघाशनाभिषेक के बाद श्री अमेरनाथ शिंगदेवा जी ने मीडिया से मुखातिब होते ही खुद ही श्लोक से शुरू किया।

" भारत की भूमि से संस्कार और संस्कृति विलुप्त होने लगी ,तब मठ मंदिर समन्वय समिति की परिकल्पना हुई " -

वसंत विहार ( नई दिल्ली ) स्थित अखिल भारतीय मठ मंदिर समन्वय समिति के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष व मठाधीश्वर  अमेरनाथ शिंगदेवा ने प्रेस से मुखातिब होने से पहले श्लोक बोलते हुए। वार्ता शुरू किया।

पत्रकारों के सवाल पर राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री अमेरनाथ शिंगदेवा जी ने बताया कि आज के युग में भारतीय मठ एवं मंदिर में समन्वय की आवश्यकता क्यों आन पड़ी…? बहुत ही सोचनीय है। कहा कि अखिल भारतीय मठ मंदिर समन्वय समिति की परिकल्पना आदि गुरु शंकराचार्य जी द्वारा की गई थी, जो आज से लगभग 2300 वर्ष पूर्व की बात है। जानते हो क्यों…?

क्यों कि सनातन धर्म की सुषुप्तावस्था ही कारण रहा।

यह एक मार्मिक विषय है, सनातन सुषुप्तावस्था में क्यों गया…? जब धर्म - सम्प्रदायों के रूप में विखंडित होने लगा।

भारत की भूमि से संस्कार और संस्कृति विलुप्त होने लगी।तब से मठ मंदिर समन्वय समिति की परिकल्पना हुई।श्री अमेरनाथ ने कहा कि मंदिर क्या है?

यह धर्म का दुर्ग है।

मठ क्या है?

यह कालांतर का गुरुकुल था, जहाँ ऋषियों एवं संतों द्वारा संस्कार और संस्कृति का पाठ पढ़ाया जाता था।

" वर्तमान परिवेश में संस्कार और संस्कृति है मृत पाय " 

 श्री अमेरनाथ जी महाराज ने प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान कहा कि आज के परिवेश में  संस्कार और संस्कृति मृत प्राय हो गई हैं। हम पाश्चात्य संस्कृति के प्रभाव से प्रभावित होकर वृद्ध माता-पिता का पड़ाव स्थल वृद्धाश्रम बना दिये हैं ।

जबकि कालांतर में हम अपने माता-पिता के निर्देशों पर वनवासी तक हो जाते थे।

हम अपने माता-पिता को बहंगी पर बिठाकर तीर्थयात्रा के लिये निकला करते थे।

" साम्प्रदायिक शक्तियां विखंडित करने में लगी है "

श्री अमेरनाथ जी यहीं तक नही रुके। उन्होंने कहा कि आज सांप्रदायिक शक्तियाँ हमारे सनातन धर्म को विखंडित कर रही हैं, इसके लिये हमें इसके खिलाफ युद्ध करना होगा।

कालांतर में भी युद्ध हुआ करते थे और वह युद्ध देव और दानवों के बीच हुआ करता था।किन्तु आज दानवी प्रवृत्ति वाले आतंकवादी और साम्प्रदायिक तत्वों के विरुद्ध हमें खड़ा होना होगा।

अपनी खोई हुई संस्कृति और संस्कारों की रखवाली के लिए धर्म के दुर्ग को मजबूत बनाना होगा, मठ मंदिरों के बीच समन्वय स्थापित करना होगा।

सुषुप्तावस्था में पड़े सनातन धर्म को जगाना होगा। तभी यह सनातन भारत विश्वगुरु के रूप में कीर्तिमान स्थापित कर पायेगा।अर्थात भारत को विश्वगुरु बनाने के लिये मठ-मंदिरों के बीच समन्वय स्थपित करना होगा।

भारत देश हमेशा ही ऐतिहासिक स्मारकों का देश रहा है। चाहे ताजमहल हो या फिर लाल किला या फिर कुतुबमीनार। सभी स्मारक अपने आप में एक उत्कृष्ट निर्माण कला के नायाब नमूने हैं। ऐसा ही एक स्मारक फतेहाबाद जिले के खंड जाखल के गांव चांदपुरा घग्घर नदी के ऊपर भाखड़ा नहर पुल है, जिसको घग्घर साईफन के नाम से जाना जाता है। जो भारत के प्रथम प्रधानमंत्री पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू के शासनकाल में इंजीनियर कंवर सेन की उत्कृष्ट निर्माण कला का ऐतिहासिक उदाहरण है।

जाखल क्षेत्र से गुजरने वाली भाखड़ा मेन ब्रांच की भुर्जी नंबर आर डी 64000 के पास ऊपर बहती भाखड़ा नहर और नीचे शिवालिक की पहाड़ियों से निकलकर आने वाली घर घर नदी की अविरल छटा देखते ही बनती है। इतना ही नहीं दोनों नदियों के बीच बने पुल के बीचों-बीच बनी 21 कोठरियां स्वयं में अनूठी हैं। घरघर नदी से 15 फुट की ऊंचाई पर पुल का निर्माण इस तरह से किया गया कि ऊपर से भाखड़ा नहर की निकासी हुई। नदी एवं नहर के बीचों-बीच 21 सुरंग मार्ग कोठरियों का निर्माण किया गया। जिन्हें चोर कोठरियों के नाम से जाना जाता है। जिसको घग्गर साइफन के नाम से जाना जाता है। इस पुल को सिंचाई विभाग की ऐतिहासिक और उत्कर्ष संरचना माना जाता है। चूंकि इतना पुराना पुल होने के बावजूद इसकी मजबूती आज भी बरकरार है।

👉66 वर्ष पुराना है पुल

बताया जाता है कि भाखड़ा नहर के निर्माण के दौरान देश के प्रथम प्रधानमंत्री स्व. पं.जवाहर लाल नेहरू ने इस नहर के साथ ही साईफन का लोकार्पण किया था। जिला फतेहाबाद का यह पुल लगभग 66 वर्ष पुराना है। इस पुल का निर्माण सन् 1952 में शुरू हुआ था। 3 वर्ष में इसका निर्माण तत्कालीन मुख्य अभियंता सिंचाई विभाग, और टोहाना के इंजीनियर कंवर सेन के निर्देशन में पूरा हुआ। इतिहास के जानकारों के मुताबिक इस इलाके में जलापूर्ति का एक मात्र साधन घग्घर नदी थी, जिससे क्षेत्र के किसानों एवं अन्य लोगों को जलापूर्ति का अभाव रहता था। जलाभाव से पीड़ित लोगों की मांग पर ही देश के प्रथम प्रधानमंत्री पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू ने भाखड़ा नहर का निर्माण कर हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान के लोगों की प्यास बुझाई।

इस साइफन के आधार पर बने अन्य साइफन

बुझाई मानसून के चलते बाढ़ की आशंका को देखते हुए जब घग्र नदी तूफान आने के बाद इसका पानी क्षेत्रीय खेतों के दाएं और बाएं दिशा में फैल जाने लगा तब इस साइफन की क्षमता और अधिक बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से इरिगेशन विभाग ने भाखड़ा मेन ब्रांच की बुर्जी नंबर आरडी 43000 के पास एक रंगोई नाले के साइफन का भी निर्माण किया। इसके अलावा मुख्य नहर की आरडी 34000 के पास जोईया साईफन का निर्माण किया गया। साइफन की तर्ज पर भाखड़ा मेन ब्रांच नहर के बुर्जी नंबर 151 नंगल विश्रामगृह के पास साइफन का निर्माण 1959 में किया गया। स्कूल का बनाने का उद्देश्य भी पंजाब क्षेत्र की अनेक ट्रेनों का पानी जब भाखड़ा नहर से आकर्षक जाता था उनको निकालने के उद्देश्य से इस साइफन का भी निर्माण किया गया। इतना ही नहीं इस घग्गर साइफन पर नदी में 24000 क्यूसेक पानी आने के बावजूद भी और इतना वर्ष पुराना होने के बावजूद भी आज भी ज्यों का त्यों पड़ा है।

👉दूर-दूर से आते हैं लोग देखने

क्षेत्र में बने इस विशाल साइफन को देखने के लिए भी लोग दूर-दूर से आकर निर्माण कला की प्रशंसा करते हैं। वहीं यह आसपास के गांवो मे आने वाले हर रिश्तेदार भी इस साइफन को जरूर देख कर जाते हैं। इस घग्गर साइफन पर कई बार अनेक फिल्में भी शूट हो चुकी हैं वहीं कई पंजाबी गीतों की भी शूटिंग की जा चुकी है।

👉 साईफन है सरकारी उपेक्षा का शिकार

55 वर्ष बाद जब सिंचाई विभाग ने इसकी सुध लेते हुए गत वर्ष मई 2019 में इस साइफन के आगे बड़े-बड़े गड्ढे को भरने के लिए 88 लाख रूपए की लागत से फर्ज को दुरुस्त करवाया गया। लेकिन निर्माण कार्य के दौरान ही घग्घर में पानी आ जाने से लगा लगाया पैसा पानी में बह गया। हर वर्ष बाढ़ के दिनों में गगर और इसकी सहायक रंगोली नाला इत्यादि के फूलों के तट बंधुओं को मजबूत करने के लिए करोड़ों रुपया लगाया जाता है लेकिन ठेकेदार निर्माण सामग्री सही ना लगा कर पैसा डकार जाते हैं। जिसे सरकार को हर वर्ष करोड़ों रुपए का चूना लगाया जा रहा है।

👉इसके सौंदर्य करण की मांग

गांव चांदपुरा के सरपंच बलदेव सिंह, सिधानी सरपंच बिक्कर सिंह, तलवाड़ी के सरपंच सतीश कुमार, चांदपुरा के पूर्व सरपंच गुरचरण सिंह, मूंदलियां के पूर्व निर्मल सिंह, डॉक्टर भीमराव अंबेडकर अधिकार मंच के प्रधान बिकर सिंह,  समाजसेवी रामचंद्र इंसान, बलदेव ग्रेवाल, कर्मजीत सिंह, गुरसेवक सिंह काला, लखबीर गरेवाल, नाजर खालसा, जरनैल सिंह भंगू, हैप्पी सिंह, गुरप्रीत सिंह, रूप सिंह, इत्यादि ग्रामीणों ने सरकार से मांग करते हुए कहा कि अगर हरियाणा सरकार और जिला प्रशासन सहित सिंचाई विभाग इस ओर ध्यान दें तो यह घर साइफन एक धरोहर के रूप में जाना जा सकता है, घग्गर पुल के चारों और बने घेरे जिसमें प्रत्येक घेरा लगभग 4 एकड़ भूमि में बना हुआ है। अगर इनका कायाकल्प करते हुए बड़े पार्कों में या किसी उद्यान के रूप में तब्दील कर स्मारक में विकसित किया जाए। तो यह आने वाली पीढ़ी के लिए किसी बड़ी विरासत से कम नहीं आंका जाएगा।

इस बारे में सिंचाई विभाग एवं जल सेवाएं संसाधन के उपमंडल टोहाना घग्गर डिवीजन के एसडीओ संजीव सिंगला ने कहा साईफन पर समय समय पर वैसे तो देख रेख करते हुए मुरमत की जाती है। फिर भी यहां पार्क बनवाने के बारे में उनके पास कोई लिखित में मांग पत्र नहीं आया। ग्राम पंचायतें अगर कार्यालय में लिखित में मांग रखे। तो मनरेगा के तहत इसके निर्माण के बारे उच्च अधिकारियों को अवगत करवाया जाएगा। या यहां पर पंचायत खुद भी पार्क बना सकती है।

इस मौके पर जनपद अध्यक्ष दीपक जोशी ने मुख्य अतिथि,  उप जनपद अध्यक्ष भारत भूषण दुआ ने अति विशिष्ट अतिथि तथा  अनीता गुप्ता जिंदल ने विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में शिरकत की। इस मौके पर लायंस क्लब के सदस्य एवं प्रमुख समाजसेवी अनिल गुप्ता ने कहा कि चिकित्सक भगवान का रूप होता है। उन्होंने कोरोना काल में अपनी जान की परवाह किए बिना अपनी जिम्मेदारियों को पूरी मुस्तैदी के साथ निभाया। इसके लिए वह उन्हें सैल्यूट करते हैं।

कोरोना महामारी - छात्रों का संरक्षण

 

श्रीमती  नीती तिवारी( प्रधानाचार्या,सर्वोदय कन्या विद्यालय डिस्ट्रिक्ट सेंटर विकासपुरी, नई दिल्ली -18) द्वारा एक लेख।

कोविड-19, एक दानव, जो धीरे-धीरे लेकिन निश्चित रूप से दुनिया भर मेंमानव-जाति के शारीरिक, मनोवैज्ञानिक और भावनात्मक स्वास्थ्य को अपनी चपेट में ले रहा है,अपितुहमारे छोटे बच्चों के स्वास्थ्यऔरसमग्रविकासकोभीअवरूद्धकररहाहै। न केवल उनकी ऊर्जा और जीवन शक्ति को लॉक-डाउन कर दिया गया है, बल्कि गैजेट्स, सोशल मीडिया, गेमिंग, चैटिंग, कुछ मामलों में घरेलू हिंसा, यौन शोषण और दुर्व्यवहार के लिए अनावश्यक और असीमित जोखिम भीबढ़गया है।  बाल मनोविज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर और सरकार द्वारा संचालित एक प्रमुखशिक्षण- संस्थान के प्रमुख के रूप में, मैंने अठारह या उन्नीस वर्ष की आयु के बच्चों और किशोरों के  विकास के क्षेत्र में एक लंबी पारी खेली है।  चूँकि प्रत्येक आयु-वर्ग की ज़रूरतें अलग-अलग होती हैं इसलिए मैंने उनके मनोबल को ऊँचा रखने औरइस  घातक महामारी के कठिन समय में उन्हें सक्रिय रखने के लिए कुछ खेल और खेलने के तरीकों के बारे में सोचा। 

 शिक्षाविदों के रूप में हम सभी इस तथ्य की सराहना करते हैं किशैक्षिक रूप से अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने के लिएबच्चे को इष्टतम शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति में होना चाहिए।  यहां कुछ नवाचार दिए गए हैं जिन्हें मैंने अपने शिक्षक सदस्यों के साथ ऑनलाइन मोड में उनकी संबंधित कक्षाओं में लागू करने के लिए साझा किया। 

1} बाल्यावस्था - 5 से 8 साल:-

 बाधा दौड़:इस बाधा दौड़ को घर पर किसी भी सुरक्षित और नरम वस्तु के साथ बनाया जा सकता है, जैसे कुछ खिलौने, छोटे बर्तन, तकिए आदिको बाधा की तरह प्रयोग किया जा सकता है। बच्चे को इससे गुजरना पड़ता है और  एकखिलौना/उपहार/कैंडी तकतेजी से पहुंचना हैऔरउसे हर बार अपने ही रिकॉर्ड को तोड़ने की कोशिश करनी है।  इससे बच्चा न केवल शारीरिक रूप से सक्रिय होगा बल्कि मानसिक रूप से भी सतर्क होगा और उसके गति-कौशल में भी सुधार होगा। 

2}-पूर्व-किशोरावस्था -9 से 12 साल अ-बच्चे को परिवार के लिए नाश्ता (सप्ताह में 2-3 बार) तैयार करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा, लेकिन चुनौती यह है कि जितना हो सके उतनेअधिक रंगों का इस्तेमाल करें, और हर बार इसे अलग तरह से पेश भी करें। फलों, सब्जियों, मसालों, दालों और मेवों का उपयोग करके रंगों को शामिल किया जा सकता है - जो भी सामग्री उनकी रसोई में आसानी से उपलब्ध हो।  यह बच्चे और उसके परिवार के लिए पौष्टिक भोजन का अवसर भी बनेगा।

ब- मूविंग- एक ऑनलाइन ग्रुप बनाएं और कुछ अच्छे और ट्रेंडी म्यूजिकल बीट्स के साथ योगा करें।  एक साथ व्यायाम करने से बोरियत दूर होती है और फिटनेस और इम्युनिटी भी बढ़ती है। 

3}- किशोरावस्था - 13 से 18 वर्ष

अ- पुस्तक क्लब : अपनी और एक दूसरे की पसंदीदा पुस्तकें पढ़ें और फिर उनके बारे में गूगलमीट रीडिंग सत्र में बात करें।  समूह पठन और चर्चा शब्दावली-निर्माण के साथ-साथ बेहतर समझ और प्रतिधारण को बढ़ाती है।

ब- खेल -खेल में शिक्षक: सभी छात्रों को बारी-बारी से एक विषय तैयार करने का मौका दिया जाता है।  फिर हर एक दिन के लिए एक ऑनलाइन शिक्षक बन जाता है।  यह वास्तव में उनके आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ाता है और हर्षित सहकर्मी-समूह सीखने को बढ़ावा देता है।  अपने स्कूल में इन तकनीकों और पद्धतियों को लागू करने के बाद, मैं इस तथ्य की पुष्टि कर सकती हूं कि इनसे मेरे छात्रों के साथ-साथ उनके परिवारों में भी इष्टतम शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य बनाए रखने में मदद मिली है।  एक अच्छा दिमाग और शरीर महान शैक्षिक प्रदर्शन के लिए एक पूर्वापेक्षा है, जिसे हमने इन नवाचारों का उपयोग करके सफलतापूर्वक प्राप्त किया है।  मेरे शिक्षक सदस्यमुझेप्रसन्नचित बच्चों के परिणामों के बारे में बताते हैं, जो घातक महामारी के बावजूद फल-फूल रहे हैं और खिल रहे हैं।  बाल विकास के क्षेत्र में एक शिक्षक और एक उद्यमी के रूप में, यह मुझे बहुत संतुष्टि देता है कि इन छोटे-छोटे खेलों और तकनीकों ने मेरे अनमोल छात्रों के जीवन में खुशी ला दी है।

PANDEMIC - PROOFING OUR STUDENTS: AN ARTICLE BY MRS. NEETI TIWARI

 

COVID -19, a demon, that is slowly but surely engulfing the physical, psychological and emotional health of homo sapiens all over the world. This deadly virus has severely impacted the overall health and well-being of our young children. Not, only their energy and vitality has been locked –down but there is so much unnecessary exposure to gadgets, social media, gaming, chatting, in some cases domestic violence, sexual exploitation and abuse too.

I, as a post-graduate in Child Psychology and a Head of School of a premier Government-run institution, have had a long inning in the field of growth and development of children and adolescents from the age of four to their young adulthood until their late teen years. Since the needs of each age group are different so I thought of a few games and play-way methods to keep their morale high and also to keep them active in the difficult time amidst the pandemic and lockdowns.

As educationists and academicians, we all appreciate the fact that the child has to be in a state of optimum physical and mental health to perform well academically. Here are some of my suggestions and guidelines which I shared with my staff members to be implemented in their respective classes in the online mode.

 

1}  YOUNG CHILDREN – 5 to 8 YEARS

A] OBSTACLE RACE: An obstacle course can be created at home with anything safe and soft like some toys, small utensils, pillows etc. The child has to go through it and reach a goal (can be a toy/ gift/ candy) as fast as he or she can. They should try to beat their own record every time. This would not only make the kids physically active but mentally alert as well and also hone their motor - skills too.

 

2}  PRE-TEEN -9 to 12 YEARS

A} MAKE A SNACK: The child will be encouraged to prepare a snack for the family (2-3 times a week) with the challenge to use as many colours in their dish as they can and also present it differently each time. The colours can be incorporated using fruits, vegetables, spices, pulses, and nuts – whatever ingredient is easily available in the kitchen. This will also become an opportunity for healthy eating for the child and the family.

B} GET MOVING: Make an online group and do Yoga/Pilates to some nice and trendy musical beats. Exercising together removes boredom and also enhances fitness and immunity.

 

3}  THE YOUNG ADULTS – 13 to 18 YEARS

A} THE BOOK CLUB: Read your own and one another’s favourite books and then talk about them on a Google Meet Reading Session. Group readings and discussions enhance vocabulary-building as well as better comprehension and retention.  

2} PLAY TEACHER: All students are given a chance to prepare a topic they can present by their turn. Each kid becomes the online teacher for the day. This boosts their confidence and promotes joyful peer-group learning.

 

Having implemented these techniques and methodologies in my school, I can vouch for the fact that these have helped to maintain optimum physical and mental health in my students as well as their families. A sound mind and body are pre-requisite to great academic performance, which we have attained successfully using these easy techniques. My teachers and staff members bring back reports of healthy learning and happy students in their class who are flourishing and blossoming despite the deadly pandemic.

 As an educator and an entrepreneur in the field of child development, it gives me immense satisfaction that these little games and techniques have brought joy to the life of my precious students.

Covid vaccination PIL to be heard before Allahabad Bench

 

 

The Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Rashtriya Rashtravadi Party through its President Pratap Chandra and others in Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court for seeking Central Government clarification about need of Covid vaccination for those who already have antibodies developed in them, shall now be heard in the Main Bench in Allahabad.

 

The bench of Justice Rituraj Awasthi and Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh passed this order after hearing petitioners’ counsel Dr Nutan Thakur and the Union Government counsel.

 

Nutan said that various researches and tests have shown that in many cases, antibodies are found to be present even 01 year after the person got affected by Corona. The purpose of Covid vaccination is to develop covid antibodies. Hence there does not seem much reasoning in administering Covid vaccination in those who already have antibodies developed in them, more so when the vaccines are in early stage of development and need much more research to come to the final stage.
